Section 19-139-105 - Motorcycle behind-the-wheel student curriculum

To obtain certification by the department, all motorcycle behind-the-wheel curricula shall meet the requirements of section 431:10G-104, Hawaii Revised Statutes and subchapter 4 of Chapter 19-123, Hawaii Administrative Rules (Certification Standard for Rider Education Student Curriculum).
