Section 19-133.5-9 - Hearing officer(a) The director shall appoint a hearing officer for the hearing.(b) The hearing officer shall serve without compensation except for incidental expenses as deemed necessary.(c) The hearing officer shall hear the petitions submitted by the station operators or inspectors and accepted by the director.
