Section 19-133.5-8 - Notice of intent to hold hearing and notice of hearing(a) The director shall notify the petitioner of the intent to hold a hearing within twenty-one calendar days after receiving the petition for hearing from the petitioner. The form for a notice of intent to hold a hearing for the petitioner is located at the end of this chapter and designated as Notice of Intent to Hold Hearing.(b) When the hearing is scheduled, The director shall send the petitioner a notice of hearing. The form for a notice to hold a hearing for the petitioner is located at the end of this chapter and designated as Notice to Hold Hearing. Haw. Code R. § 19-133.5-8
