Section 19-42-61.1 - Mooring or anchoring of recreational vessels in Radio Bay and Kawaihae

Mooring or anchoring of recreational vessels may be allowed in Radio Bay and Kawaihae on an interim basis and as authorized by the department in writing prior to mooring.
