Section 19-42-61 - Anchoring of small craft or smaller commercial vessels

The anchoring of small craft or smaller commercial vessels in heavily traveled channels or main thoroughfares within commercial harbors is prohibited. Anchoring within Kewalo Basin is prohibited except for emergencies.
