Section 17-2030-12 - Request for hearing(a) The request for hearing by the participant shall be in writing and filed with the facility Operator or hearings officer within ten calendar days after service of the notice of cause.(b) The facility Operator may set response time limits that are not less than three calendar days and not more than ten days to ensure timely proceedings.Haw.
