Section 17-2026-62 - Applications(a) A facility Operator shall obtain an application from each individual or family applying for the program according to the criteria as indicated in section 17-2026-63.(b) A facility Operator shall conduct a personal interview with the applicant. Failure of the applicant to appear at the personal interview without reasonable notice may be deemed a withdrawal of the application and the facility Operator shall not be required to process the application any further:Haw.
