Section 17-891.2-72 - Cleaning of premises(a) All necessary cleaning equipment shall be available on the premises and provisions shall be made for regular cleaning of the premises to protect the health of the children and provider.(b) Cleaning materials shall be clearly labeled and stored in a secured area that is away from food preparation areas and is inaccessible to the children.(c) There shall be a plan for regular cleaning of toys, table tops, furniture, and other similar equipment used by the children.(d) Areas designated for eating and food preparation are cleaned before and after meals and snacks.Haw.
