Section 17-794.1-57 - Reporting changes(a) Participants shall report, within ten days of occurrence, any changes in circumstances which may affect the recipient's eligibility for continued services, including but not limited to: (2) Loss of activity; and(3) Anticipated changes in the individual's situation which may affect the person's eligibility for continued services;(b) Individuals receiving supportive services payments shall also report, within ten days, receipt of monetary assistance which duplicates FTW supportive services payments.(c) Failure to report information as specified in this section, which may affect the recipient's eligibility for services or amount of cash assistance, shall be investigated by the department as suspected fraud.(d) In situations where fraud is suspected, the provisions of chapter 17-604 shall apply.(e) Recipients of child care subsidy payments shall comply with the mandatory reporting requirements provided for in the department's child care services rules.(f) Participants who are subject to projection of employment hours shall submit documentation of actual hours of employment in accordance with section 17794.1-56.Haw. Code R. § 17-794.1-57
