Section 17-794.1-8 - Confidentiality(a) The rules of confidentiality shall be in accordance with chapter 17-601.(b) Use or disclosure of information shall be limited to employment related activities, job training, education, barrier reduction services, job development, job placement, or provision of support services to enrollees and participants in the FTW program.Haw.
