Section 17-794.1-7 - Contracting authority(a) The department shall carry out the FTW program directly or through arrangements or contracts with governmental agencies, or private non-profit or for-profit organizations.(b) Arrangements and contracts may cover any service or activity, including but not limited to case management, job development, issuance of support services payments, outreach, information, and referral to implement the FTW program. Contracted services shall: (1) Be consistent with the provisions of section 17-794.1-4; and(2) Be services that will enhance participants' ability to prepare for, accept, and retain employment.Haw.
