Section 17-680-26 - Net income eligibility standard(a) The net income eligibility standard shall be used to determine eligibility for all households except households which are categorically eligible as provided in chapter 17-663.(b) The net income eligibility standard for the State shall be the OMB nonfarm income poverty guideline prescribed for Hawaii.(c) The department shall adjust the net income eligibility standard in accordance with USDA figures without a public hearing.[Eff 3/19/93; comp 11/09/06] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: 7 C.F.R. §273.9(a) )
