Section 17-610-6 - Meals on wheels(a) The following persons shall be eligible for meals on wheels: (1) Household members sixty years of age or over;(2) Individuals who are housebound, [feeble,] physically handicapped, or otherwise disabled to the extent these individuals are unable to adequately prepare meals; and(3) Spouses of the above individuals.(b) Individuals eligible for meals on wheels may use all or any part of the coupons issued to them to purchase meals from a nonprofit meal delivery service authorized by FNS.[Eff 3/19/93; am and comp JUN 24 2013] (Auth: HRS § 346-14) (Imp: 7 C.F.R. §274.7(g) )
