Section 17-1610-33 - Periodic review hearings - family supervision

The status of each child in the home subject to the jurisdiction of the court shall be reviewed by the court at intervals no greater than six months, to determine the safety of the child and whether the child may be safely maintained in the family home, pursuant to chapter 587A, HRS.
