Section 16-99-10.6 - Surrender of real estate license(a) A licensee who has no pending complaints, investigations, disciplinary petitions filed against the licensee, or disciplinary hearings before the commission may surrender the person's real estate license, and shall: (1) Return the licensee's pocket identification card and wall certificate to the commission; and(2) Cease conducting any real estate activities.(b) Should an individual desire to engage in any real estate activities the individual shall obtain a new license as a new applicant for a salesperson license.
