A nonresident boxer, participating in a main event, must present himself at the office of the commission at least seven days prior to the scheduled date of his contest for licensing and physical examination. His weight and sparring sessions must meet the requirements of the commission. Exceptions to this rule may be granted by the commission. Nonresident boxers participating in a preliminary event must present themselves at the office of the commission at least three days prior to a scheduled contest for licensing and physical examination.
