No contestant in any bout shall be paid for services until the services are rendered, and should it be determined by the referee or the commission that a contestant did not give an honest exhibition of his skill, his services shall not be remunerated. Any contestant who shall participate in any sham or fake boxing bout shall be disqualified and shall be subject to fine, suspension or both, or license revocation.
