The fees for the boxing commission shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Examination and reexamination fees: | |
| (A) Referee, judge, and manager | $ 30 |
| (i) Examination handscore fee | $ 20 |
| (ii) Examination review fee | $ 25 |
| (B) Second | $ 30 |
| (i) Examination handscore fee | $ 20 |
| (ii) Examination review fee | $ 25 |
| (2) License fees: | |
| (A) Professional promoter (county of Honolulu) | $ 200 |
| (B) Professional promoter (county other than Honolulu) | $ 75 |
| (C) Professional promoter (single promotion, county of Honolulu) | $ 100 |
| (D) Professional promoter (single promotion, county other than Honolulu) | $ 50 |
| (E) Amateur promoter (county of Honolulu) | $ 75 |
| (F) Amateur promoter (county other than Honolulu) | $ 40 |
| (G) Physician | $ 25 |
| (H) Referee | $ 50 |
| (I) Judge | $ 25 |
| (J) Manager | $ 50 |
| (K) Timekeeper | $ 10 |
| (L) Second | $ 10 |
| (M) Boxer | $ 15 |
| (N) Matchmaker | $ 15 |
| (O) Duplicate license | $ 10 |
| (3) The annual renewal fee shall be equivalent to the license fee for each respective license set forth in paragraph (2). | |
| (4) Compliance resolution fund: | |
| (A) Compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee | $ 35 |
| (C) Biennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 70 |
