Section 16-114-20 - Requirements

All applicants for a license or certificate shall possess a reputation and record for honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, and financial integrity; meet educational and experiential requirements; and shall pass an examination approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation.
