Section 16-114-109 - Relinquishment no bar to jurisdiction

The forfeiture, nonrenewal, surrender, or voluntary relinquishment of a license or certificate by an appraiser shall not bar jurisdiction by the director to proceed with any investigation, action, or proceeding against the appraiser to revoke, suspend, condition, limit, or discipline the appraiser's license or certificate.
