Section 15-311-41 - Procedural manual

The corporation shall produce, maintain, and update a procedural manual. The procedural manual shall include detailed information about such items as:

(1) The applications process;

(2) Information required of applicants;

(3) The allocation plan; and

(4) The rights of the corporation.
