Section 15-219-27 - Notice of public hearing

Whenever the authority is required to conduct a public hearing, the authority shall give at least thirty days notice in accordance with the requirements of sections 1-28.5 and 92-41, HRS, the cost of which shall be borne by the party initiating the public hearing.
