Section 15-219-26 - Appointment of hearings officer

To the extent permitted by law, the authority may duly appoint a hearings officer pursuant to section 92-16, HRS. A hearings officer so appointed shall have all of the powers which would be held and enjoyed by the chairperson or authority or any member thereof in connection with the hearing.
