Upon termination of this plan, the compensation received by each employee shall stop being reduced as described in section 14-51-31. In this event the compensation thereafter received by the employee will equal the amount the employee would have received if this plan had never been implemented. However, amounts designated into the component plans prior to termination of this plan will not be refunded to the employee and shall be forfeited.
