No amendment, suspension, or termination shall be made which would:
(1) cause or permit the assets of this plan to be used for any purpose other than the payment of eligible expenses; or(2) Cause or permit the assets of this plan to inure (other than through payments made pursuant to this plan) to the benefit of any individual.
