Section 13-130-21 - Litter and sanitation The following acts shall be prohibited on a program trail or access:
(1) Draining, dumping, or leaving any litter, animal waste or remains, or any other material on a program trail including streams and other water sources;(2) Depositing any human waste in areas without comfort stations without first digging and then depositing the waste in a hole and then covering all signs of the waste;(3) Depositing any human or animal body waste within 150 feet of a spring, stream, lake, or reservoir; and(4) Leaving or abandoning a vehicle, equipment, or any other large items, including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, household garbage, trash, or other forms of waste or debris, on a program trail access.[Eff. ] (Auth: HRS§ 198D-6) (Imp: HRS § 198D-6)
