Section 13-251-9 - Duplicate certificate

In the event that an operator permit issued under this subchapter is lost or destroyed, the permittee may obtain a duplicate or substitute thereof, upon payment of the required fee, as provided by chapter 13-253, obtain a duplicate or substitute thereof.
