Section 13-251-8 - Operator permit to be carried on board and exhibited upon demand

Every permittee shall have the operator permit in the operator's immediate possession or at a place for safekeeping in the immediate vicinity at all times when operating as a permittee and shall display the same upon demand of a lifeguard, peace officer, or representative of the department.
