Section 13-232-26 - Dumping of combustibles
(a) No person shall dump, discharge, or pump oil, spirits, gasoline, distillate, any petroleum product, or any other flammable material into the waters of a small boat harbor or designated offshore mooring area.
(b) Any vessel equipped with an inboard motor which is moored in a small boat harbor or designated offshore mooring area shall maintain an oil absorbent pad in the bilge to separate petroleum products from bilge water. This requirement shall be included as an inspection item for the initial or annual vessel inspection that is a prerequisite for obtaining a regular mooring permit as prescribed by section 13-231-45.
