Section 13-232-25 - Smoking

Smoking shall be prohibited at a small boat harbor when so prescribed by signs, and regardless of the department's failure to post signs, no smoking or lighting of a match or any other fire-creating device shall be permitted within fifty feet of any fueling operation.
