All cooking or heating appliances or any other machinery, equipment, utensil, or apparatus which is used at a small boat harbor and could be the cause of fire shall be so constructed, installed, wired, situated, maintained, and used so as to meet the standard set out in section 13-232-21; provided that, the approval of any machinery, equipment, utensil, or apparatus by the National Board of Fire Underwriters may be considered by the department in determining compliance with this section.
