Section 13-220-3 - Payment of Publication Costs(a) In the event the notice of sale covers only one lot or parcel, then the purchaser shall bear the total cost of the advertising charges.(b) When the notice of sale covers more than one lot or parcel, each purchaser or lessee shall pay advertising costs equal to the sum of (1) and (2): (1) The quotient obtained by dividing the cost as determined in section 13-220-2, by the total number of lots or parcels covered by the notice of sale; plus(2) The cost as determined by section 13-220-2(2), for the individual lot or parcel for which the purchaser's or lessee's share of advertising costs is being determined.[Eff JUN 22 1981] (Auth: HRS § 171-6) (Imp: HRS § 171-16)
