Section 13-220-2 - Notice of Sale Each notice of sale shall contain the following information:
(1) General information having relationship to all the parcels or lots offered for sale such as time and place of sale, terms and conditions of sale, qualification of bidders, determination of purchaser, duties of purchaser, effect of sale, etc., and;(2) Specific information pertaining to the individual parcels or lots offered for sale such as the parcel or lot number, its description, location and area, upset price and rental, method of payment, purpose for which sold, and whenever applicable, the term of lease, building requirement and other covenants and conditions.[Eff JUN 22 1981] (Auth: HRS § 171-6) (Imp: HRS § 171-16)
