Section 12-42-60 - Register of arbitrators(a) Any person, broadly representative of the public, who has been selected by the board for listing on a register of arbitrators may act as an arbitrator.(b) The public employers and employee organizations may, from time to time, submit in writing the names of proposed arbitrators to the board.[Eff.
