Section 12-42-59 - Register of fact-finders(a) Any person, broadly representative of the public, who has been selected by the board for listing on a register of fact-finders may act as a fact-finder.(b) The public employers and employee organizations may, from time to time, submit in writing the names of proposed fact-finders to the board.[Eff.
