Section 12-41-6 - Contents of complaint

The complaint shall include:

(1) The full name and address of the person making the complaint, thereinafter referred to as the complainant;
(2) The full name and address of the person against whom the complaint is made, thereinafter referred to as the respondent:
(3) If the charge is filed by a labor organization, the full name and address of any national or international labor organization of which it is an affiliate or constituent unit:
(4) A clear and concise statement of the facts constituting the alleged unfair labor practice or practices, including the time and place of occurrence of particular acts and names of persons involved; and
(5) The specific sections, subsections, or both, of the laws which are alleged to have been violated.
