Section 12-41-5 - Filing of complaint

A complaint that a person has engaged or is engaging in an unfair labor practice may be submitted by any party in interest. The complaint shall be in writing upon a form provided by the board. The original and four copies of the complaint shall be signed and filed with the board, the original being sworn to before any person authorized to administer oaths or acknowledgments. Any complaint may be withdrawn prior to the hearing, at the bearing, or at any time prior to the issuance of an order based thereon, upon motion, with the consent of the board.
