Section 12-41-13 - Intervention

Any person desiring to intervene in any proceeding shall file a motion in writing or, if made at the hearing, may move orally on the record, stating the grounds upon which the person claims an interest. An original and four copies of written motions shall be filed. Immediately upon filing such motion, the moving party shall serve a copy thereof upon each of the other parties. The board shall rule upon all such motions and, by order, may permit intervention in person or by counsel or other representative to such extent and upon such terms as it may deem proper.
