Section 11-94.2-55 - Housekeeping(a) Each facility shall have a plan for routine periodic cleaning of the entire building and premises.(b) After discharge of any resident, the resident's bedroom and equipment shall be thoroughly cleaned prior to reuse.(c) Floors, sinks, toilets, and showers in resident areas shall be cleaned at least once daily.(d) The facility shall be kept free of unreasonable accumulation of personal possessions.(e) All floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair,(f) All areas that have contained infectious residents and materials shall be thoroughly cleaned with appropriate sanitizing methods.(g) All combustible, potentially hazardous, or poisonous agents used for the cleaning of the facility shall be stored in a secured and locked area.Haw.
