Section 11-94.2-54 - Sanitation(a) The facility shall comply with all applicable laws of the State and rules of the department relating to sanitation.(b) Written summary reports of inspections by state or county health authorities, and records of action taken in response to deficiencies and recommendations shall be kept on file at the facility.(c) Every facility shall provide a sufficient number of watertight receptacles of metal or other material acceptable to the department for rubbish, garbage, refuse, and other discarded matter. An area shall be provided for the washing and cleaning of garbage containers and the storage of garbage, trash, and solid waste.(d) Every facility shall maintain an effective pest control program so that the facility is free of pests and rodents.Haw.
