Section 11-89-5 - Certification(a) The caregiver shall be capable of accepting, caring for, and training residents with developmental disabilities.(b) A certificate shall be issued to the caregiver when the caregiver has completed and passed the training requirements as stated in §§ 11-89-7 and 11-89-8 of these rules.(c) Annual recertification shall be required in accordance with § 11-89-8.[Eff FEB 03 1992] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-11, 321-15.9) (Imp: HRS § 321-15.9)
