Section 11-89-4 - License denial(a) A license may be denied for any of the following reasons: (1) Inability to meet the requirements of this chapter;(2) Financial inability to operate and conduct the facility pursuant to this chapter;(3) Fraudulent or misleading statements in application forms; or(4) Prior felony or criminal convictions in a court of law by applicant.[Eff FEB 03 1992] (Auth: HRS §§ 321-9, 321-11, 321-15.9) (Imp: HRS § 321-15.9)
