Section 11-62-54.05 - Public meetings or hearings on individual permits(a) The director shall hold a public meeting or hearing if the director determines that there is a significant degree of public interest in a draft individual permit, based on hearing requests.(b) The director may hold a meeting or hearing at the director's discretion, when such a meeting or hearing may help the director's decision on an individual permit application or for another reason which the director considers to be in the public interest.
