Section 11-280.1-42 - Requirements for hazardous substance UST systems

Owners and operators of hazardous substance UST systems must monitor these systems in accordance with section 11-280.1-43(7) at least every thirty-one days. In addition, underground piping that conveys hazardous substances under pressure must be equipped with an automatic line leak detector in accordance with section 11-280.1-44(1).
