Voluntary reporters, with approval of the administrator, may submit health care claims data to the agency or the agency's designee. Voluntary reporters -shall enter into an agreement with the agency or the agency's designee prior to submitting health care claims data, in a format defined in accordance with the standards identified in the data submission guide.
