Upon submission, the agency or the agency's designee shall evaluate each submitted file against thresholds and standards pursuant to the data submission guide. Reporters with nonconforming files shall be notified of the noncompliance. Reporters shall correct and resubmit nonconforming files within fifteen business days of notification. Failure to resubmit conforming data may result in compliance actions.
