Section 11-175-63 - Right to participation in operation, treatment planning, and evaluation of programs in residential treatment facilities

Residential treatment facilities shall establish policies and procedures, for the consumer's exercise of the right to participate in:

(1) Decisions made concerning operating practices including house rules and consumer responsibilities;

(2) Development of new treatment modalities and modification of current modalities; and

(3) Evaluation of the program, including evaluation of operating and treatment modalities.
