Each applicant who seeks to one or more of the following services: assertive community treatment services; biopsychosocial rehabilitation services; crisis management services; crisis residential services; intensive outpatient hospital services; or therapeutic living support services (hereinafter community mental health rehabilitation services or "CMHRS") shall obtain certification pursuant to this chapter.
