Section 11-148.1-50 - Income(a) A certified caregiver shall not operate a boarding house, rooming house or residential care facility on the premises.(b) Business conducted from the home must be in accordance with applicable federal, state, and county law and regulations.(c) Face-to-face business transactions shall not be conducted on the premises of the adult foster home.Haw.
