Rule 290-9-37-.10 - Temperature Conditions(1) The temperature throughout the residence shall be maintained by a central heating system or its equivalent at ranges that are consistent with individual health needs of residents. No resident shall be in any area of the residence that falls below 65 degrees Fahrenheit or that exceeds 85 degrees Fahrenheit.(2) Mechanical cooling devices shall be made available for use in those areas of the building used by residents when inside temperatures exceed 80 degrees Fahrenheit.Ga.
